Community Crossroads is committed to providing guidance to all we serve that desire employment and community involvement. We believe that the people we serve can use their unique strengths to fill valuable roles in business communities. With our vendor relationships, we assist people to develop job skills, secure employment and become volunteers. Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) play critical roles in these partnerships, assisting with developing and placing people in the right jobs, and providing training and on-going job supports.

Employers look for skilled, qualified candidates who can enhance the diversity of their work force and benefit from tax incentives. They are hiring some of the most highly marketable employees in new Hampshire – the qualified professionals who experience a disability. New Hampshire law requires employers pay everyone at least minimum wage, and the people we support are paid an average wage of $8.87/hour, providing they are valued team members wherever they are working.
