During this difficult time, families, organizations and employees are adjusting to the many changes caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Here are some helpful, fun and educational resources that may be of interest to you:

https://www.visitnh.gov/ – This interactive website allows users to visit New Hampshire landmarks, take a yoga class and learn something new all from their own home. There are so many awesome places to visit in New Hampshire and on this website, you can visit them all. 

https://kids.nationalgeographic.com/ – Learning is made fun on this website! With games, videos and plenty of photos, kids can learn all about animals, nature and so much more. Another great aspect of this website is the COVID-19 educational material. Explaining the current situation could be difficult and this website answers questions in a trusted and age-appropriate manner. 

https://classroommagazines.scholastic.com/support/learnathome.html – This website includes educational material aimed at those Pre-K all the way up to seniors in high school. This website structures lessons so that each day your child can go on and complete the lesson for that day. 

https://www.socialthinking.com/ – This website offers free stuff to use for both home and school. 

https://www.weareteachers.com/ – This website features movie suggestions, arts and crafts and classroom ideas for teachers!

https://afirm.fpg.unc.edu/afirm-modules – AFIRM stands for Autism Focused Intervention Resources & Modules and this website gives plenty of resources. A recent post is about prioritizing coping and calming skills.

https://www.coolmath.com/ – Math is fun on this website! You can play games and learn at the same time. This website is designed for those ages 13+, for those younger, check out https://www.coolmath4kids.com/. If you are a teacher or a parent, check out http://www.coolmath4teachers.com/ and http://www.coolmath4parents.com/ respectively. 

There are also many useful apps that you can download. Many of which are absolutely free! Here are a few:

https://www.khanacademy.org/downloads – On the Khan Academy app, there are thousands of educational lectures and practices. From science, math, grammar and so much more, this app will keep one interested for hours. 

https://apps.apple.com/us/app/daily-workouts-fitness-trainer/id469068059 – Whether you are a beginner, avid gym goer or anywhere in between, the Daily Workout Fitness Trainer app allows one to choose what type of workout they want to do and how long the workout will be. The app also shows on video the proper way to do each exercise. 

Yazy Yatzy Dice Game – This fun app is played just like the original board game. Yatzy is a great family game!

Apple Music/Spotify/Pandora – Music is something that calms and soothes many people. It is one of the best ways to get us through this time.
