We are seeking a highly motivated professional for an Intensive Services Coordination position coordinating supports and services for adults with intellectual disabilities who require intensive service arrangements due to complex behavioral and mental health needs and may be at risk of being involved in the criminal justice system.  Potential candidates must possess the ability to interface and work with clinical and mental health experts, courts, and criminal justice systems as well as understand clinical treatment and risk management needs. Successful candidate should possess excellent skills in written and oral communication, interpersonal skills, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.  Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or other related field required.

We are seeking highly motivated professionals for the position of Service Coordinator to assist individuals and their families in designing and developing their services through a consumer directed approach.  An understanding of NH Developmental Services System, family dynamics, mental health needs, and fostering a person centered approach is necessary.  Candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to handle multiple demands, and respect for the needs of families.
