Community Crossroads has an immediate full-time position for a diligent Staff Accountant to join our Fiscal Department. The Staff Accountant’s responsibilities include maintaining financial records and reports, performing account reconciliations, assisting with budget and close processing, conducting internal audits and maintaining vendor contracts and payables. You will also be assisting the Chief Financial Officer as needed and respond to information requests by management and for auditing purposes.
Requirements for this position include solid Microsoft Excel skills, a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, and 2+ years of accounting experience. Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, and a working knowledge of GAAP are required. Strong numeracy and analytical skill as well as good problem-solving and time management skills are also required. A highly organized and detail-oriented individual would succeed in this position. Not for profit accounting experience a plus.

Family Support Coordinator & Adult Service Coordinator
Community Crossroads is a progressive Non Profit Human Services agency providing services to individuals with intellectual disabilities and acquired brain disorders and their families. We are seeking highly motivated professionals for the position of Service Coordinator to assist individuals and their families in designing and developing their services through a consumer directed approach.
An understanding of NH Developmental Services System, family dynamics, and fostering a person centered approach is necessary. Previous experience assisting families to advocate for their educational needs, community support needs is crucial. Candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to handle multiple demands, and respect for the needs of families.
