Part Time Administrative Assistant for the Director of Health Services

We are seeking a part-time administrative assistant 24 hours/week to provide support to the Director of Health Services. This position includes a wide variety of administrative tasks and the opportunity to be part of a collaborative team with a variety of interdisciplinary professionals, caregivers, individuals, and family members. Primary functions include administrative duties, monitoring & tracking client clinical services, conference planning support, organizing and interfacing with volunteers, sponsors and other area agency coordinators.

Director of Clinical Services

Community Crossroads is seeking a Director of Clinical Services to oversee the Clinical Services Department, including the Intensive Services Coordinator positions, and to provide guidance and professional expertise to the agency administration, service coordination, and individual teams in development and service provision concerning the clinical support needs of individuals with mental health problems and psychiatric disorders. This leadership position will work with the Executive Vice President to assume an active lead in all of the area agencies efforts to enhance its effectiveness in responding to the needs of individuals with mental health needs and psychiatric disorders.

Successful candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree and ideally possess a Master’s Degree, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in human services including 2 years of experience in services for persons with developmental disabilities.

Please Note: Position is available full time beginning on or before 7/1/2022.

Adult Service Coordinator

We are looking to add to our professional team of Service Coordinators. In this role, you will ensure the people we serve receive the quality services they need to be successful in their lives and in their communities. Ideal candidates will demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, be highly organized, have an optimistic attitude, and demonstrate a commitment to the important work we do!

Responsibilities

  • Become familiar with community resources and connect individuals and families with the resources they need.
  • Advocate on an agency and statewide level for services and supports needed.
  • Ensure that individuals are given the necessary services they require, as well as following up with ongoing service needs.
  • Maintain good relationships with the families and individuals served, as well as vendor agencies.
  • Represent the agency in a professional manner.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work or related field.
  • 1-3 years of case management/rehabilitation or family support experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
