Our Giving Trees

We’ve made our annual trip to local businesses that graciously allow us to set-up giving trees full of tags for local families in need. These tags include each families’ wish lists for the holidays. Help us make the holidays more special by picking up at tag at one of these locations: Atkinson Academy; Pentucket Bank, Hampstead; Enterprise Bank, Salem; TD Bank, Hampstead; and right here at
Community Crossroads.

It is with great pleasure that we announce that NH Department of Health and Human Services’ Bureau of Developmental Services has transitioned the responsibility of leading the planning and coordination efforts of the Family Support Conference New Hampshire to Community Crossroads as of 7/1/18. The conference is an annual highlight for many families that are served here in NH and we are proud to join the wonderful and dedicated committee members who have made this event so successful year to year. Direct all inquires to Angela Boyle, Conference Coordinator.
